Hot new address

Hot new address

Recently I was able to get a sneak peek at what’s now being called one of Nashville’s hottest new addresses in the sky,  the 505.

The views of the city are spectacular with familiar landmarks dotting the landscape that is dramatically changing with new developments underway.

The 45 story skyscraper, developed by Tony Giarratana, is the tallest residential building in Nashville and just started selling its first phase of condos last Saturday, (Feb. 3rd)  which were being reserved at breakneck speed!

I think the ladies of “Sex and the City” would have found this building stylish enough for them!  Floor to ceiling windows give such a grand and elegant perspective of the surrounding area.  The condos have open floor plans which are well suited for an urban lifestyle and boast ten foot ceilings.

But beyond your private space are amenities galore.   Here’s a short video clip as prospective buyers were checking out various units recently.

Ooooops. I said plural on tennis courts. Actually there’s just one, but there’s also pickle ball to play on the 7th floor  amenity deck and bocce ball plus great areas to hang out in, like a fire pit lounge, and private poolside cabanas.

Exterior amenities include a salt water pool and a fifty foot sunbathing terrace.

And of course for those protecting their skin from the harsh rays, a covered area with televisions for your viewing pleasure.

Just steps inside is this modern atrium space.  Pretty sleek.

If what you’re after is urban living steps away from numerous restaurants, shops, music venues, sporting events, and more, this may be the destination for you.  Never imagined a building like this in the center of Nashville but it’s standing tall and proud and apparently very much in demand.

I hope you’ve enjoyed an inside look at this new glass tower sparkling in the heart of Music City.
