10 Oct Parade of posh homes…
A few of my personal favorite selections and more unusual features from the Parade of Homes in Witherspoon (Brentwood, Tn.) are pictured below.
Crazy about the ceiling. Guess because it’s very similar to ours, done by Castle Homes last year. Also love the french chairs from The Iron Gate in Franklin, and the painting done by local artist, Charlotte Terrell.
I’d never seen a leather chandelier til this one. From the Iron Gate.
The wood scalloped hood in the Castle home kitchen was created by Vintage Millworks.
And Vintage Millworks also made the charming interior shutters visible from the courtyard entrance.
The guest room just feels royal to me, with the chandelier and bedding and I also love the charming small bedside lamps.
In the Barlow Builder’s lovely house is a playful and very unique feature; a pair of indoor swings.
Designer Lori Paranjape, known as Mrs. Paranjape by her legions of followers, was the creative force behind this house. Architect Champ Webb of C. W. Design says of the collaboration, “From working with Lori in the past, she’s the best at pulling in an edgy modern feel to a classic architectural style.” See for yourself in the master bath!
A free standing tub sits in front of an oversized shower on top of marble floors with brass inlays. It would feel like a honeymoon suite, huh?!?
And then ladies, “HER” walk-in-closet is every girlie girl’s dream. Two stories and pink! The other women touring the home were like me, just blown away.
So now I have closet envy….Til the next time, thanks for reading.
Hope you can check out these dreamy houses and the others that I didn’t get to.
